Installation Note 36829: An error indicating that the SAS® Table Server is not licensed might occur when you access any SAS Table Server product or component

When you access any component of the SAS Table Server, including but not limited to the SAS® Table Server LIBNAME engine, PROC TSSQL, or PROC TSPL, you might get an error indicating that you do not have a license for the SAS Table Server.
There is no workaround available at this time. A fix for this issue is planned for the second maintenance release for SAS 9.2 (TS2M2).
